A zero-hour rebuilt turbine has undergone a comprehensive rebuild and qualification process intended to return the equipment to a defined zero-hour operating condition.

The final plant is not represented as an entirely new turbine plant. It combines rebuilt turbine technology with newly supplied balance-of-plant systems and project-specific engineering.
